Of the few flaws in this potentially brilliant anime, the change in appearance is the worst, and ruined the last third of the series for me. Now I find, not only are their appearances to change once again for KG2... a name change is also likely. Mr Gotoh's original Kiddy Grade won, then lost me, and thats a shame, the original Éclair is without a doubt my favorite anime character, however it seems she has had her platform ripped from underneath her by this talented but un-thinking director.
