KKnM is having a storewide 50% sale today and tomorrow. Of course whenever there’s a sale, you don’t actually save on anything because you end up buying things that you wouldn’t have bought otherwise. But still, 50% on all character goods and figurines is just too good to pass up.

I actually managed to control myself pretty well today.

Other than the obligatory Haruhi goods, I also picked up a copy of Queen’s Blade. It’s like a game book that you can use to duel with other people, except that the game itself is pretty stupid so most people buy it to ogle at the nice art. Each volume is one girl and different pages being different attacks/actions.

As I said, the game is pretty damn stupid because basically all you do is compare numbers and stats. But each volume features a different artist and the drawings are just faptastic. Awesome reference materials for aspiring doujin artists and perverts.

BTW, one of the reason why I didn’t buy much today is because there’s going to be ANOTHER sale tomorrow. Urban Attic is selling off a huge lot of PVC figures for between S$10 to S$50 and there are a few that I am considering getting.

Sale

Tj han has the entire price list on his blog. I am quite interested in the HIMM’s Anna figure from Clayz (S$20!) and Da Capo’s Tamaki Konomiya from Toy Planning (S$15!!!!!).

The sale starts at 11.30am tomorrow. Location is 5th floor of Funan.
