Calling all local budding student photographers!
The Raffles Junior College Photography Club (of which I am a member) is organizing a photography competition that is opened to all students in Singapore!
The theme of the Singapore Schools’ Photography Competition 2007 “Lumière” (no, not that loli) is Illuminating Social Issues in Singapore, whatever that means. The competition is opened to all full-time students in Singapore born 1994 or before, except universities. The first prize is a Pentax ISTDL2 DSLR camera.
Submission dateline is 1st April. There are three categories you can compete in. More details can be found on the official website.

Shit only students allowed. Fuck.

That’s biased against uni students. We’re tertiary students like Poly students too!

Am I considered a student? How do we submit our entries? I have a bloody good entry for this.

Have someone submit my entry under their name; I’m technically a full time student, just not Singaporean. :P
and I want that camera bad.

Wait…the submission date is on 1st of April? I hope it isn’t a joke though.
But anyway, I can’t participate either, since I don’t qualify as a student.

I have a pretty bad-ass collection of lighting-themed photographs myself…
Yeah, it’s be easier if I could pass my entry to you, Darky, by hand. I’m not going all the way to Bishan just to hand in a single photograph…
