Haruhi is watching you!
Apparently it’s a sample of some content that Bandai is planning for Suzumiya Haruhi no Yakusoku’s (the PSP game) homepage. It’s hard to do nice-looking cel-shaded 3D models and I think this one is pretty damn good. It uses MotionPortrait technology from a company by the same name. (I guess they don’t do much else.)

Pretty neat stuff. They turn ‘AI’ on when your cursor is beyond range of the screen. You can make her look sleepy by moving the cursor to her chest. >.

Oh crap. Good thing I have my still-reliable PS2 with me (wasn’t all that hyped about the PS3 available here already, yet).
Now I have to wait for those importers… :P
