Neo Genesis Evangelion

I’ve sure been busy. I’ve just finished all 26 episodes of Neo Genesis Evangelion and I have to say that it is waaaaay better than the Dual! series. The storyline is deeper and characterization is better. There are a lot plot twists and of course lots of mysteries. (a few that were not explained even until the end, or maybe I didn’t look close enough)

[Spoilers warning]
Angels are actually sent by god to punish mankind and Evangelions are actually angels captured by human and using the power armour to control its power. (so humans are rather use the force that is trying to destory them than die) The first few angels look like monsters and all but later in the series the viewer realize that they are not called Angels for nothing. One of the last few actually look like an angel, with wings and bright light and holy music plays during its attack. The humans are the real bad guys here. That’s my understanding of the whole thing anyway.
