I’m in the com lab now. The Raffles Trail is mostly over yet we still have to stay until who knows what time. I finished watching the animes I burned in little more than 1 hour. Should’ve burned Metal Slug 5 too.. Went around the school pasting posters and having to cut the tape with ballpoint pens because no one brought a pair of scissors. Some of the posters vanished mysteriously later, probably because we didn’t secure them properly…
UPDATE: Finished Saikano. *sniff* Best. Series. Ever… Well at least for me. It was constantly depressing, yet for some reason I kept watching. The whole story started off sad, got sadder in the middle and ended semi-happily, which was still quite sad when you look at it. I mean WTF? Most of the cast died at one point or another in the series. One of them died in the FIRST episode. (I’m not talking about nameless people here, that guy actually had his name mentioned) Everytime an episode ends on a slightly happier note, the next episode immediately drops to a new low. At LEAST one of the characters will cry before the end of every episode.
Why do I love a show like this? I guess it’s because I’ve never felt so strongly about an anime before. (happy or sad)
P.S. Chise doesn’t look 17 years old at all……
