GEP Walkathon today. Originally I was going to meet Aero at Orchard MRT at around 7.45am, but FIVE seconds after he told me that and logged off, I got a phone call telling me that I’m supposed to go to Youth Park (beside Somerset MRT) at 8.30am. Sad. :( I wonder how long he waited.

I don’t know how the walk was, but it seems to be quite lame. The walk itself only lasted 45 minutes, so I don’t think they covered a big area… I’m on drink duty, so I just had to wait at the finish point and pour a lot of cups of unidentified substance and wait… for 1 whole hour. Should’ve bought a book. :(

After the lame walkathon, Aero abandoned me and went home. Had to go to Kinokuniya by myself. ;_; After drooling at all the Tokyopop imports for 30 minutes, I paid for a copy of Newtype April and ran off as fast as possible before my wallet gets any lighter. Stupid imports cost so much. Had a quick lunch at McDonalds. The road back to Orchard MRT Station was one full of danger. People with donation cans are located every 5 nanometers and it took all my wits and sneakiness to get pass them undetected. All those time spent playing Splinter Cell was worth it. :P

However after all that effort, I got hit at Ang Mo Kio Station. ;_; There wasn’t a crowd and I had no way of distracting the person guarding the chokepoint… lol.
