I hate iTunes. I hate it. If Winamp’s iPod plugin worked better, iTunes would not even be on my harddrive. Sigh…

iPod itself rocks though. Slightly smaller than what I expected. (same height as my mobile phone, wider and slightly thinner) The best part is the control wheel design, just genius. o_O Plus the screen is big enough to display both Artist and Album name when playing. The sync with iTunes is blazingly fast with USB 2.0. It might be faster with Firewire, which Apple favours… and the iPod can only charge through a Firewire port. (the adapter that comes with it simply emulates a Firewire port…) Maybe I should get a PCI Firewire card.

BTW it seems that Ken Akamatsu left out a bubble in chapter 55 of Negima. o_O;; Read his diary.

Translation

There sure are a lot of misprints in “Negima” chapter 55 that went on sale today. (^^;)

Particularly, in page 12 frame 1, beside Makie’s line, 6 lines are completely missing on the left side. (affects the later parts of the story…)
The corrected version is,
located after “yeah, I’m not boasting, but I like Negi-kun a lot… because he is cute”,

“but Negi-kun is only 10,
If we really become lovers,
it’s not really “love”.
But, but, if this continues
and he gets taken by someone else,
it just feels fustrating.”

and it continues from there. (Makie’s realization of her true feelings for Negi)

As for the other misprints, they will be corrected in the tankoubon.
Tankoubon volume 6 will be on sale on the 17th of this month, followed by volume 7, estimated to be 17th September.

Wow volume six is out only on the 17th. I guess can’t blame Chuangyi for releasing it in July.
