Destiny

Gundam SEED DESTINY
Episode 21

Best episode in quite some time. ^_^

First up:

“Cagalli, Luna, Meiryn! I swear it’s not what it looks like!” XD

The bulk of the episode concentrates on the much-delayed start of Shinn and Stellar’s relationship. Shinn takes some time off alone to think things over and sees a damsel in distress. He rescues Stellar from drowning and some how or another, their first meeting (the one in ep1 doesn’t count…) started like this:

Sparks fly, as the new insert song “Shinkai no Kodoku” (“Solitude of the Ocean Depths”), composed by Yuki Kajiura and sung by Houko Kuwashima (Stellar’s seiyuu), plays in the background.

Since the both of them are drenched, the creators must have felt compelled to include some obligatory fire-sharing-in-cave and of course, fanservices. ;)

Hey, it’s a cliched meeting, but it works alright. ._.

On another note, I dislike T.M.Revolution’s voice-acting.

I might include the lyrics for “Shinkai no Kodoku” here later.

EDIT: It’s done. Took me almost an hour, but here’s what I’ve got. I was pretty careful this time… so it should be okay. ._.

Lyrics/Compose/Arrange: Yuki Kajiura Vocal: Houko Kuwashima

It’s a beautiful song. T_T Stellar rocks! o/

EDIT 2: Fixed some things. Uh… I was really sleepy last night. ._.
