This is great stuff. Some Japanese TV programme did a real experiment on the age-old question of machine gun vs katana: Clicky. The katana cut six .50 caliber rounds into halves before shattering on the 7th hit. The funniest part is the conclusion of the video… “And so a new piece of trivia is born on this planet: If a machine gun and a katana ever fought, the machine gun would win.” Leave it to the Japanese.
