03 October 2003

Dear valued MaxOnline and Digital Voice customers

We will be performing island-wide network and system maintenance on 06 October 2003. During the maintenance, there may be a brief period of service disruption to facilitate the work.

However, the work will be carried out only during off-peak hours from 2am to 6am so as to minimise any inconvenience to our customers.

We seek for your kind understanding as we work towards optimising the performance of our network for the enjoyment of all our customers.

Thank you.
