Recently I’ve started watching Eureka Seven due to the recommendation of my Japanese penpal. The series is by Bones, so the animation, especially mechanical details and weapon effects, is nice as usual. The story so far seems to be pretty standard mecha fare, but Bones often manages to create gripping series with average premises, so it’s probably going to get better. And it has surfing robots.

Well, actually I’m just watching it because I think the seiyuu for Eureka sounds cute. ._.
