If you don’t get the joke, go study calculus. I should really be revising for my exams next week. I hate chemistry.

I don’t get it. Is this a ripoff of Lianyl’s ramblings of muckvisage series of faux academic anime writings? Or is it an opportunity for you to touch our hands?

  2. TheBigN says:

Those integrals hurt like mad, yo.

  3. Deranged says:

lol… it is sad that i understood… maths is ruining my life… why am I taking more maths modules T_T

  4. Cardcaptor says:

K_depth is a function of K, so you should use depth(K) instead:

    integral depth(K) dK

is much easier to understand, I think.

  5. Sasa says:

I guess I don’t have any problems with maths, but I know nothing about chemistry. So what the hell is K?

  6. panzer magier says:

I get it, but I’m having very mixed feelings about this accomplishment… should I feel accomplished because I never took calculus, or sad because I realized I’m one step closer to having no life?

  7. suguru says:

I took two years of calculus in college, but I haven’t used it since I graduated, so I couldn’t integrate anything anymore if my life depended on it. It’s pretty sad how fast all the useless things you learn in school just escape you…

  8. maglor says:

If I have used the Lorentz transformation matrix before, what does that make me?

  9. Boulayman says:

    I don’t get it really…

I mean I get the double entendre about integrations but I have no clue what Kdepth or depth(k) is, k,dk seem irrelevant anyway, just a variable but why depth ???

  10. Crest says:

    hmm hands touching.. hmm hands..

  11. JA says:

What? Nobody bothered to read the last sentence?

  12. AK says:

    lulz.

But that’s not the secret law of the Universe. The secret law of the universe is actually

  13. welsper84 says:

Other than (k^2)/2, I dun really get it.

  14. quendidil says:

Lol, the “poseur who wikis everything” describes me perfectly

  15. bummerout says:

How do you intergrate again? (wats the thing with intergration >_

  16. animeking says:

I really didn’t get it,but the otaku thing was funny :P

  17. shadowmist says:

I hate formulas, so I didn’ bother to work that out, but the graphs were easy to understand. I love how otaku got their own giant depth thingie, wiki got everything, and Einstein went all 3D/4D. Roflmao!

Sad how it all makes sense too >_

  18. whyecks says:

hi, this is a pretty random comment, but im thinking of learning jap once the end of year holidays start, so do you have any good places to recommend?

  19. quendidil says:

Actually, DarkMirage did sort of outline a method to learn Japanese ages ago, here
If you’re a beginner, you can very well start learning on your ownuntil about JLPT 3, and higher if you’re highly motivated.
If you want to go alone, there are plenty of people on the Net doing the same. Look here for starters

  20. PCgamer says:

uh Rozen Taso didn’t win the votes :(

  21. TP says:

    Err… My basic calculus is : ∫ x + 4 dx = x² + 4x + c

    So, I don’t get your “C” or “F” maths. (C Maths = Crap Maths. F Maths = F***ed Maths.)

  22. Kurogane says:

    Hahahahahahaha.

Nice one there DM, nice one there. I feel both happy and sad at the same time because I understand it totally.

Good luck for your exams or whatever. Hell, I need a lot too for mine now.

  23. Sachi says:

Sheesh, speaking as a Math major (no, seriously), that is insane…

And I thus conclude that you’ve been driven overboard from studying too much.
