Tokimeki

Looking for a PSX version of Tokimeki Memorial is like looking for a needle in a haystack, and you don’t even know if the needle even exists. Somehow, I actually found an importer that still has the 1000-year old game. Not surprisely, Murphy’s Law held true and the importer does not ship to Singapore. They ship to:
– Australia
– Austria
– Canada
– Denmark
– Finland
– France
– Germany
– Great Britain
– Hong Kong
– Iceland
– Ireland
– Italy
– Luxemborg
– New Zealand
– Norway
– Portugal
– South Africa
– South Korea
– Spain
– Sweden
– Switzerland
– Taiwan
– The Netherlands
– United States of America
Even Taiwan and Hongkong are on the list… ZzzZzzZ… Looks like I have to go around looking for a bootleg copy from somewhere. Judging by the age of the game, finding a bootleg of this is less likely than me moving to Japan.

UPDATE: w00t! Thanks to the MegaTokyo forums, I’ve finally found it! Ok, the shipping cost more than the game itself, but damn, this is an impulse-purchase, so to hell with the cost… >_< Next time when I'm looking for imports, http://www.videogamedepot.com/ will be the first place to look... Ok, second, I'd check Ebay first because I still want to get the lowest price possible. >_< Speaking of which, I just realized that this is the first time I actually pay for an original PSX game... PSX bootlegs are so common in Singapore that it seems like the norm. :X
