Episode 5 of Gunslinger Girl is out. This episode focused on Claes. I think they are going to dedicate five episodes to tell the background stories of the girls. They all have such sad stories. *sniff* Did I mention they are all what? 12 years old?

Also, there don’t seem to be much gunfights after the first episode. Sad.

BTW, I really like its opening and ending songs. Surprisingly, neither of them are in Japanese. The opening, “The Light Before We Land”, is in English while the ending, “Dopo il Sogno”, is in Italian. (the series is set in Europe)

UPDATE: Bottle Fairy episode EIGHT is out in raw… but fansub for 7 is still nowhere to be found. I think Hikari no Kiseki, the only group actively fansubbing it, is dead…
