Sakura

Started watching Da Capo… Quite good considering it was a recommendation from Name. :P Although again with harems, it seems to be obvious which girl the main character will end up with… For once I’ll like a surprise ending… Oh well, it’s not too late for Da Capo yet… however unlikely that will be. BTW, the main love interest is the guy’s younger sister. :X The show reminds you every 5 seconds that they are not related by blood. ^^;; Almost every one of the characters are abnormal in some way… The main character can see other people’s dreams, his sister’s friend is a robot, the main character’s childhood friend hasn’t grown for 6 years and is probably a mage, one of the love interests can read minds, the maid has cat ears and probably IS a cat… Oh yeah, the mascot of the show, a cat called Utamaru, has no LEGS AT ALL!!! (don’t ask me what it’s moving on) Did I mention they just so HAPPENED to live on an island with ever-blooming sakura trees? However the most fustrating thing is, despite all these weirdness, no plot revolves around them at ALL! It’s like the character designers just added these attributes for fun and the script writers forgot about them. I’m sure later in the series something big will happen and someone’s hidden ability will be uncovered or something like that, but WTF? How can you add all these crazy stuff and still pretend that everything is normal? Other than the start and a few other places, nothing much is mentioned about the main character’s ability to read dreams. It’s like if you suddenly reveal that Harry Potter is a wizard and then start to tell the readers about his life as a NORMAL person. Ok, the series is still good dealing with normal things like the polygonal relationship and the comedy element, but I really really want to find out where all these puzzle pieces fit. ZzZZz Oh well, they have to resolve those sooner or later…

Also, I will DIE to find out the title of Kotori’s song… I’m leeching every single OST I can find… hopefully one of them has it… >_<
