Fear my Eva PSP case!

…actually it’s just a normal Logitech PSP case. I made an underlay for it with photoshop. My first gallery update in a long, long time. (Don’t expect another one anytime soon)

The printed one doesn’t look as good because my printer is using cheapskate third-party ink that sucks for printing colour pictures. Oh well… You might also need to adjust the size a bit and trim off some excess to get the right shape. The borders are all black anyway, so any slight miscuts shouldn’t be really obvious when placed over the foam.

On another note… that’s a Kotori Shirakawa (Da Capo) handphone strap attached to my PSP. It’s pink, yeah.
People: “Zomg that’s a PSP! Black and shiny… so cool! Wait a minute? WTF IS THAT PINK STRAP DOING THERE?”
Me: LMAO.

The underlay works pretty good. Logitech really missed a great chance to make a lot more money. Imagine if they remove their logo from the polycarbon cover and start selling official “skins”… great way to sell overpriced printed pieces of cardboard/plastic.

Anyway, custom faceplates for PSP coming soon.

For those who have been awaiting third party companies to launch a replacement faceplate for the PSP, wait no more. Xtreme Enterprise will be launching its latest series of PSP faceplates codenamed ASTERIX come early September. This new product launch ties in with the expected European launch of the PSP in September 2005.

As PSP users have already discovered, the present PSP only comes in black and white (with white available only in Japan). The ASTERIX faceplates will come in a greater choice of colors and at the same time, be available at a fraction of the cost (of the originals). Perfect for those who have faceplates badly scratched by accident or by their pet dogs.

Prototype Launch date : First Week of September 2005

I’m going to get a black one that looks exactly like the normal PSP but without the super smooth surface that is just screaming for fingerprints.
