    from what i remember (of my uni days), the objective of internet/online shopping is to reduce costs and save money. i’m sure those academics who wrote articles to promote ebusiness never gave much thought about poor buyers like us :P (or wait, perhaps that was the true hidden agenda: to sell ‘limited’ stuff to more gullible ppl across the sea..)

    anyway, imho, the internet and credit cards helps us get some awesome stuff that we would never have ever hoped to own otherwise..
