Distributed

Yet another distributed processing project like Seti@home, except this time it’s not about searching for extra-terrestrial, but for protecting the source of our precious, precious, raws and fansubs.

http://pbx.mine.nu/ch/c2bf/ for an explaination and download the client there.

Once you downloaded it, unzip and run c2bf.exe, a black and white icon will appear in your taskbar. Right click on it to check your rank or configure your proxy. (there isn’t any other interface or settings, except for the mouseover text that tells you the processed percentage of your current data block)

If you want to join me and Azure’s team, right click on rank and click yes to open a browser window. Our team name is Ichigo and password is 9078opui.

Copy-protected HDTV broadcasts are eviiiiilll~~~!

BTW I still don’t have access to my main machine. Pentium 500mhz and 128mb ram sucks. ;_;
