SOS-Dan does Lucky Star dance at Cosfest VI
A group of Haruhi cosplayers performed the Lucky Star OP dance as part of their entry item for the semi-finals of the World Cosplay Summit (Singapore), which is part of Cosfest VI. Here’s a super blur and shaky video of the performance:

should darkmirage had not labelled yuki as a trap,
would you guys have known?
i should think it would be hard to believe that you guys thought he was a guy in this video, and in real life too at multiple looks.

At least they made the effort to choreograph this dance isn’t it? Shouldn’t we be giving them a round of applause? Don’t compare human with human, it’s just so wrong.

ERMM…. with all due respect, YES he DID look like a girl irl, especially considering how tan he was…. and Yuki should have been palelish in comparison…. so ya it was pretty traumatising for me when i saw him (i saw him when he wasn’t Yuki too.. so… yea it’s pretty disturbing.) But it was a good effort.
HOWEVER i enjoyed your perfomance the most though. Those who weren’t here couldn’t really feel the amount of fun as what my friends and i felt. We were so surprised at the Lucky Star song that we sang along with it and got pretty high lol…
I personally dun really mind crossdressing…. unless they don’t look really like the character, which is the case now (i’m sorry but that’s how it looks to me). My image of Yuki has been tarnished…. well not as much as the HaruHE who totally scared my balls off me when i saw him lol.

This is funny and awesome at the same time. “^ is trap” was funny also, but I can’t make out if its true or not. I just love the HaruhiXLuckyS. connection. Really nice performance.

Oh, so you were there too. And standing right in front of me during that performance, no less. I could almost smell you.
I was more interested in the Taisen cosplay, actually. That theme song really gets on my nerves sometimes.
It hardly looks watchable IRL, either. Points for effort, though. Reminds me of those horribly done Hare Hare Yukai dances…

That’s pretty impressive. Lucky Star is very amusing. I loved the Code Geass reference in episode 13 (I think…). Good stuff.
