Code Geass episode 5 reminds me of Full Metal Panic, except with a more sinister undertone and outrageous fashion senses. I quite like the blend of comedy and tragedy that’s playing out, and the fan-baiting that goes on is so honestly blatant that one can’t help but find it oddly charming. Bravo.
Looks like this will be the last high tension episode before we return to a more peaceful interlude. As expected, Lelouch manages to turn the entire situation around to his advantage without breaking too many drops of sweat. I mean, you didn’t really think he was going to die, right?
It’s episode 3 and we have more plot twists! I wonder how long this can last. Surely it can’t be too long now before Sunrise runs out of surprises to throw at us and drops the ball by revealing that the ultimate villain character is actually Nunnally. It’s quite interesting how the main characters in Code [...]
Because fangirl pandering is (sometimes) awesome. Code Geass R2 isn’t slowing down the pace just yet. Episode 2 is non-stop action, drama and fanservice, with a few familiar cameos to prepare the viewers for what will surely be unstoppable mayhem intertwined with intentionally misplaced comedic moments. Sunrise should concentrate more on doing this kind of shows [...]
Surprise! I bet you totally didn’t expect me to blog Code Geass, especially considering that awful parody video I made which should best be left to rot in the depths of hell, my MySpace account and the fact that I used to own code-geass.com. That said, the fact that I’m a huge Kallen fanboy has absolutely [...]
Code-Geass.com no longer belongs to me. I’m sure some of you still remember the now-defunct Code Geass fansite that I made to parody ASOS Brigade’s announcements last December. (Wayback Machine’s archive) Well, it’s going offline permanently because I have transferred away all rights to the domain. I am not allowed to reveal the identity of the [...]
I think most of you should have watched the subs for episode 22 of Code Geass by now. If not, go watch it now! It will totally blow your mind apart. (Something that CLAMP stories never hope to achieve, so we can all thank Sunrise for that.) Spoilers and thoughts after the break.
The Adventures of the ASOS Brigade: Episode 001 has been released! Weeeee! PINK SPACE RANGER! Vol.1 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya will be released on May 29th. The limited edition will come with some yet-to-be-revealed extras and a box to hold the rest of the DVDs. Remember what Yuki says: You can appreciate Haruhi fully [...]
ASOS Brigade has four recordings up for you to vote for you favourite version of Mikuru. The link is carefully hidden somewhere on the site… In response, Zero the Penguin has updated Code-Geass.com… I wonder who those mysterious voices belong to… (Maybe you should look for the sauce?)
OH MY GOD! Hours after asosbrigade.com updated, code-geass.com has done the same! WHO IS THE MYSTERIOUS COMPANY?!?!? WATCH THE VIDEO AND YOU’LL FIND OUT!!!
Oh no!
So, who else has been eating pizzas? That said, I don’t get what’s the big fuss over CC (or Gasuko as some would call her). She has barely done anything at all so far! Kallen is waaaaay hawter.
