Playstation emulator

Wow, there is actually a Playstation emulator for Pocket PC coming out. Click here for the site and here for preview movies and screenshot. From the looks of it, it’s really quite good! The graphics quality is almost perfect except for the lower resolution. And watch the 2 preview movies of FF7, the FPS managed to stay above 40 even with when casting magic with particle effects!

Anyway for those of you wondering how a Playstation game can fit in a Pocket PC, apparently they created an ISO image of the game and ripped out all the movies and music. (all the movies, not sure if it’s all the music) The end result can be as small as 30mb or less, depending on the game. 30mb is quite a lot for a 64mb Pocket PC, but at least it fits.
