from what i remember (of my uni days), the objective of internet/online shopping is to reduce costs and save money. i’m sure those academics who wrote articles to promote ebusiness never gave much thought about poor buyers like us :P (or wait, perhaps that was the true hidden agenda: to sell ‘limited’ stuff to more gullible ppl across the sea..)
