Man, my drawers are dirty In addition to my Comiket 75 shopping spree, I also contributed diligently to the wider economy of Japan in numerous ways, no doubt single-handedly helping the island nation escape the brunt of the on-going global recession and the collapse of our century-old debt-based financial institution. I’m kidding of course: the […]
I like my female blond pilots crazy <3 Why does everyone assume that I would be blogging Gundam 00 Season 2? I never said that I would. It’s not good to be overly presumptuous. I mean, it is true that the only thing keeping this blog from becoming a desolate wasteland is my weekly episode […]
Surprise! I bet you totally didn’t expect me to blog Code Geass, especially considering that awful parody video I made which should best be left to rot in the depths of hell, my MySpace account and the fact that I used to own code-geass.com. That said, the fact that I’m a huge Kallen fanboy has […]
Three packages just arrived this week. As usual, I had totally forgotten their existence. Apparently some time during the past few months, I found it within me the sudden urge to preorder both the PS2 and PSP Haruhi game releases, despite the fact that I didn’t actually own a PSP at that point of time. […]
I’m back from the last day of Comiket. I took a ton of pictures today with my press pass but I will only be posting them at a later date. First, I shall go through my spoils. I spent less than expected at Comiket, probably because I already bought a ton of random doujinshi from […]
Today was almost as tiring as yesterday because I had to lug my 2.5kg laptop around. An EEE PC would really come in handy when I’m traveling. It’s the fourth day of our little adventure in Tokyo and we took a trip to neighbouring Saitama prefecture to visit Konata’s favourite Gamers and Animate branches. Long […]
I am so tired… I want to just drop dead and die, but here are some pictures. I think I walked about 6km in total today. A fire engine just drove by. I wonder where it’s heading to. But anyway, read on for photos from Kaminarimon, Nakano Broadway, Shinjuku and nighttime Akihabara.
It’s my second day in Tokyo. It’s only 8pm right now but it feels like midnight because the sun sets at 4pm… We overslept and missed Tsukiji, and ended up spending the whole day in Ikebukuro. (Otome Road in particular.) This is what happens when you don’t plan your itinerary in advance.
As you may know, I am a huge Maaya Sakamoto fanboy. So you can believe me when I say that her recent songs had been quite disappointing ever since she parted ways with her composer and mentor Yoko Kanno. Which is why Saigo no Kajitsu (The Last Fruit) is such a pleasant surprise for me. […]
Sorry for the lack of updates. I’ve been reaching home quite late for the past week and only had time for anime and World of Warcraft (lvl 23 Draenei Hunter… yay!). But anyway, look what I found in the mailbox today! <3 Google. I feel totally motivated to blog now. Anyway, it’s not like I […]
I am now the owner of an Xbox 360. I can hear you going “WTF?” just about…now. Rest assured that I, too, share your sentiments. Actually, I won it at an IT competition for schools along with a copy of Windows Vista Home Premium and Adobe Creative Suite 2. Ergo, It’s free! And it’s a […]
